18 months ago the Green party activist Eliana Rubashkyn assaulted @ThePosieParker and Tania Sturt in Albert Park.

Judge Lummis adjourned his appeal for a Discharge Without Conviction until tomorrow. Ms. Sturt spoke with me at the conclusion of today's hearing.
